Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using Cashnbook, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. The Service

Cashnbook is a bookkeeping and cash-management tool that lets you record income and expenses, manage multiple books and businesses, track contacts, invite team members, and view balances across web and mobile. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.

3. Accounts & Security

To use most features you must create an account using an email address, mobile number, or a supported social login (Google or Facebook). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any one-time passcodes (OTPs), and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the support address below if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Record or launder proceeds of illegal activity, or use the Service to evade taxes or legal obligations;
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to store;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Service except as permitted by law;
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or use bots or scrapers to access the Service.

We may investigate and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into Cashnbook (your “Content”), including entries, books, businesses, and contacts. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, process, and transmit your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Content and for having a lawful basis to store information about third parties (such as contacts) that you add. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important records.

6. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

Cashnbook may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider SSLCOMMERZ. Prices and features are shown at the time of purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties such as Google, Facebook, Twilio, SSLCOMMERZ, and Amazon Web Services. Your use of those features may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for how data is shared with them.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Yafitech and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not use our name or logo without prior written permission.

9. Not Financial or Accounting Advice

Cashnbook is a record-keeping and cash-management tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, financial, legal, or investment advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your records and for complying with all applicable accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be available or accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yafitech and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD 50 (or its equivalent).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yafitech and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app or at cashnbook.com/delete-account. Account deletion follows a 15-day grace period as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for prolonged inactivity. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
